I feel the highlights of the project are Water body at the first floor, the skylight and stair cases.
Also the landscaping provided both sides of Parking are really nice. And off course the spacious bed rooms and
well balanced utilisation of limited land of 1200 Sq feet!!

Vijay has a unique taste for designing a house. Our home was built by him on an odd dimension
plot and he did a fantastic design that took the shape of the site as well as looked very contemporary.
He took this up as a challenge and it was his creative mind-set that gave us confidence to go ahead with
the project. The uniqueness lies not only in his design but also in optimally utilising the space thereby making
it more functional without overspending and eye catchy for every onlooker. The pooja room as built by using
stone blocks which gave a rustic look adding beauty to the devotional angle. Our living room had a dry and
wet garden which was a new concept giving the Living room a very fresh look. His attention to detail is fantastic.
He takes up the project as his very own and meticulously works towards giving his best without compromising on the quality.
Vijay’s technical know-how is admirable. He is open to feedback and very patient while listening to our
requirements. He focus more on the long term functionality of the house and not just temporary.
He tracks the project so very close and ensures all roadblocks are cleared without any impact to
the overall timeline of the project. Our house was completed within 8-9 months and was delivered as promised.
The credit to early completion goes to his attention to detail and his close supervision to avoid any delay.

The CustomSapces team had a good knowledge on generating house designs, and multiple options were provided.
Overall technical knowledge was good, and I am satisfied with the execution.
Even though multiple projects were being handled, frequent visits were made to our site to oversee the progress
of work. CustomSapces has their own team to do plumbing, carpentry, cladding and mason work, so we opted
for labour contract. Though it took us nearly 1.5 years to complete the entire project, but there were multiple reasons
to it: Disbursement of loan amount took long, there was a Sand lorry strike, there was a festival period where labourers
had to go on vacation.
Vijay guided us in purchasing of plumbing, wood, paint materials, etc. From the start of the project till completion
same enthusiasm was maintained. They were in consent with us for using high quality materials. I am
satisfied with the construction, the labour, and totally satisfied with the final product.
